102nd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 23 April, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill on Cable Cars for Transport of People and the Bill on Railway Transport Contracts.
Out of the 32 amendments submitted to the Bill on Railway Transport Contracts, by majority vote, the Committee found 27 to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia. The Committee found that five of the amendments, those submitted to articles 5, 22, 33 with correction, 38 and 39, did not comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, considering that they were in contradiction with the provisions of COTIF (Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail).
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Aleksandar Martinovic.
