At its session held on 12 November, the Committee on Development and International Economic Relations discussed amendments to the Commercial Associations Bill, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The session was attended, besides Committee members, by representatives of the Ministry of Economy, who gave their opinions on each amendment.

The Committee and the representative of the submitter endorsed 16 of the 54 amendments discussed. Endorsement of one amendment was withdrawn in order for an amendment proposing a more specific solution to be adopted.
