112th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 21 May, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Air Transport Law.
84 amendments in total were submitted to the Bill, 83 by the MPs and one by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications, to Article 64. The Committee found 76 of the amendments compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while eight, to articles 1, 6, 14, 45 and 58, did not comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
