117th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 22 July 2019, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills on the agenda of the 15th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature, submitted by the Government.

The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement and Security, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for Realization of Project Housing Construction for Members of the Security Forces and Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia on Joint Controls at International Road Transport Border Crossing Presevo (Republic of Serbia) – Tabanovce (Republic of North Macedonia) to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Dr Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic and Milena Corilic.
