120th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 4 September 2019, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered and found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, the following bills:

  1. Bill on the Dual Study Model in Higher Education;
  2. Bill on Regulated Professions and Recognition of Professional Qualifications;
  3. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Patents;
  4. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights;
  5. Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Legal Protection of Topography of Semiconductor Products;
  6. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Paraguay on Visa Abolition for Diplomatic, Official and Service Passport Holders;
  7. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on Visa Abolition for Diplomatic and Service Passport Holders;
  8. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Surinam on Release from the Obligation to Obtain a Visa for Ordinary, Diplomatic, Service and Official/Special Passport Holders;
  9. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Dominican Republic on Visa Abolition for Diplomatic and Service Passport Holders.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Dr Balint Pasztor and Milena Corilic.
