121st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 4 September, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of the Provision of Article 2 of the Law on the Confirmation of the Amendment Agreement in relation to the finance contracts 23.761, 24.745, 25.002, 25.198, 25.497, 25.610, 25.872, 81.657 and 82.640 between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Government.

The Committee unanimously found the Proposal justified and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Dr Balint Pasztor and Milena Corilic.
