At the sitting held on 25 October 2019, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2019 Financial Plan in principle and found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee found all 50 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Postal Services to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
Of the 16 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Information Security, the Committee found that the amendment submitted to Article 20 by MP Aleksandar Seselj did not comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while the rest of the amendments were found to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
All of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on General Product Safety were found to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
Also, all 25 of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Export and Import of Dual Use Goods were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
