12th session of the Legislative Committee
At its twelfth session, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to the Bill on the Rights of Indictees Detained at the International Criminal Tribunal and Members of their Families, submitted by a group of 195 deputies.
At its twelfth session, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to the Bill on the Rights of Indictees Detained at the International Criminal Tribunal and Members of their Families, submitted by a group of 195 deputies.
The Committee established that thirteen amendments submitted to the Bill were legally possible, while one amendment was withdrawn from procedure at the session.
The session was chaired by Milos Aligrudic, chairman of the Committee.
