136th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 1 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the bills on the agenda for the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.

The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tourism, Bill on the Confirmation of the amendments to the World Tourism Organisation Statute A/RES/422 (XIV), A/RES/511 (XVI) and A/RES/512 (XVI), Bill on the Confirmation of the Tourism Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Economic Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol amending and modifying the Free Trade Agreement between EFTA member states and the Republic of Serbia, Bill on National Parks, Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol on Prevention of Water Pollution caused by Navigation to the Framework Agreement on the Sava River Basin, Bill on the Confirmation of the Veterinary Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of Hungary at the Government of the Republic of Serbia on Timely Exchange of Information relating to Radiological Emergencies, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
