137th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 5 October, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tourism and the Bill on National Parks, submitted by the Government.


The MPs had submitted 83 amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tourism, which the Committee members found all complied with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for the amendments to articles 9, 59 with correction and 60, jointly submitted by MPs Marko Djurisic, Dr Ninoslav Stojadinovic, Snezana Malovic, Biljana Hasanovic Korac, Goran Bogdanovic, Branka Karavidic, Slobodan Homen and Dr Blagoje Bradic.

The Committee also reviewed the 38 amendments submitted to the Bill on National Parks and found them all, except for the amendment to Article 11 jointly submitted by MPs Marko Djurisic, Dr Ninoslav Stojadinovic, Snezana Malovic, Biljana Hasanovic Korac, Goran Bogdanovic, Branka Karavidic, Slobodan Homen and Dr Blagoje Bradic, and the amendment to Article 11 submitted by MP Prof. Dr Janko Veselinovic, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
