14th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 31 August, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission of 31 August on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee ascertained that a term of office had been allocated to Jelena Travar-Miljevic from the UNITED REGIONS OF SERBIA – MLADJAN DINKIC Electoral List and proposed that the National Assembly verify the newly-elected MP’s term of office.
As regards the requests of MPs Gorica Gajic and Miroljub Stojacic, at the sitting, the Committee adopted the documents establishing the right to a monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade.
