14th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 13 January 2026, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the following:
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Seats and Territorial Jurisdiction of Courts and Public Prosecutor's Offices, submitted by MP Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, in principle;
- Bill amending the Law on the High Prosecutorial Council, submitted by MP Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, in principle;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Organization and Competence of State Bodies for the Fight against High-Tech Crime, submitted by MP Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, in principle;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Prosecution, submitted by MP Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, in principle, and
- Bill amending the Law on Judges, submitted by MP Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, in principle.
