15th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 9 September, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and Employees, Bill amending the Law on Salaries in State Authorities and Public Services and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration, in detail.
Out of the 47 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants, the Committee and the Government accepted four. The Committee submitted two amendments of its own to articles 19 and 20 of the Bill, which the Government accepted.
To the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and Employees, the MPs had submitted three amendments, which neither the Committee nor the Government accepted.
The Committee and the Government did not accept either of the two amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Salaries in State Authorities.
Out of the 12 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration, the Committee and the Government accepted one. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 2 of the Bill, which the Government decided to accept.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
