16th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 28 December, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Republic Electoral Commission Decision 02 No. 013-1572/16 of 28 December 2016 on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee went on to decide how to channel the funds (146,840.24 RSD) from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund. It was decided that 73,420.12 RSD be paid into the fund for the treatment of illnesses, conditions and injuries that cannot be successfully treated in the Republic of Serbia, and 73,420.12 RSD to the Diocese of Raska-Prizren, Monastery Gracanica, in aid of soup kitchens.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Momo Colakovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dusica Stojkovic, MD - PhD Darko Laketic, Aleksandar Markovic, Petar Petrovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Aleksandra Djurovic, Dr Dragana Barisic and Dr Vesna Rakonjac.
