16th Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 21 October, the members of the Foreign Affairs Committee adopted several initiatives for visits in the upcoming period, noted the regular activities of the National Assembly’s standing delegations and adopted reports on visits and contacts realised in the previous period.


The Committee members also conducted an interview with the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the People’s Republic of China, Milan Bacevic, before his deployment to diplomatic duty.

The Committee went on to note the changes in the composition of several parliamentary friendship groups.

The Committee members accepted the proposal that the Foreign Affairs Committee be the patron of seminar “UK and Serbia – creating strategic partnerships”, to be held on 27 February 2015.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Aleksandra Djurovic.
