At the sitting held on 28 January 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 64, paragraph 1 of the Law on Higher Education, submitted by MP Dr Vladimir Orlic, and the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 2, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
