17th session of the Justice and Administration Committee
At its seventeenth session, held on 9 November, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed the Public Agencies Bill and the Government Bill, both submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
At its seventeenth session, held on 9 November, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed the Public Agencies Bill and the Government Bill, both submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The session was chaired by Jovan Palalic, chairman of the Committee.
The Public Agencies Bill was presented by the Minister of State Administration and Local Self-government, Zoran Loncar, while the Government Bill was presented by the Minister of Justice, Zoran Stojkovic.
The Committee endorsed the Bills in principle and rejected 32 amendments submitted to the Government Bill and 78 amendments submitted to the Public Agencies Bill. It was noted that two amendments submitted to the Bill had been withdrawn from procedure.
