18th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 22 December 2022, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

Acting in accordance with the provision of Article 199 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MPs Dragana Radinovic and Jelena Milivojevic, elected from the Electoral List “ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Together We Can Do Anything”, and ascertained that the data on the election of the MPs are identical to the ones in the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission, i.e. that the newly-elected MP can be sworn in.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Svetozar Vujacic, Janko Veselinovic, Djordje Komlenski, Aleksandar Mirkovic, Dr Dragana Rakic, Bojan Torbica, Dr Vesna Ivkovic, Ana Miljanic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Zoran Stojanovic and Biljana Ilic - Stosic.
