18th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 1 February 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues ruled on:
- Forwarding a Proposal that, pursuant to Article 167 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the National Assembly pass by urgent procedure the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 64, paragraph 1 of the Law on Higher Education (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 88/17,73/18,27/18, 67/19 and 6/20), submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues, and
- Forwarding a Proposal that, pursuant to Article 167 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the National Assembly pass by urgent procedure the Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 2, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 35/19 и 88/19), submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues.
