20th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 14 July 2014, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Labour Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance and the Bill on Remedying the Consequences of the Floods in the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government.
By a majority vote, the Committee members found the bills compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee then proceeded to consider the Report on the natural disaster – flood suffered by the Republic of Serbia and measures employed to save the population and defend the threatened areas from the flood, submitted by the Government. The Committee found the Report compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
