21st Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 21 September 2021, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Corruption, submitted by the Government.
The Bill was presented by Vladimir Vins, representative of the Ministry of Justice. Following a discussion, the Committee members decided not to accept it, in principle.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Djordje Dabic, Daniel Gyivanovity, Dejan Kesar, Dubravka Kralj, Vesna Krisanov, Toma Fila, Djordje Komlenski, Velibor Milojicic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Dragan Markovic and Milica Nikolic.
