Ten amendments had been submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notary Service which the Government did not accept, and the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly not accept the amendments either.

Having discussed the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Real Estate Trade, the Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly not accept any of the five amendments the MPs had submitted, which the Government did not accept either. The Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the amendment the Committee submitted to article 5.

The Bill amending and modifying the Law on Financing Political Activities, submitted by a group of 128 MPs of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, was elaborated by representative of the submitters Zoran Babic.

Following a short debate, the Committee members decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Financing Political Activities, submitted by a group of 128 MPs of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, in principle.
