22nd session of the Legislative Committee
At its session held on 5 May, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to bills on the agenda of the Eleventh Session of the National Assembly.
At its session held on 5 May, the Legislative Committee discussed amendments submitted to bills on the agenda of the Eleventh Session of the National Assembly.
The Committee discussed and resolved that 13 amendments submitted to the Bill on the National Corporation for Credit Insurance were legally possible, as were 36 amendments submitted to the Insurance Bill and two amendments submitted to the Bill Amending the Act on the National Bank of Serbia.
Also legally possible were 10 amendments submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Public Purchases Act, as well as three amendments submitted to the Excise Bill and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Misdemeanours Act each.
The Legislative Committee ruled that one amendment submitted to the Bill on the Securities and Other Financial Instruments Market and one to the Corporation Registration Bill were not legally possible.
The Committee session was chaired by its chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
