The Committee on Justice and Administration held its twenty-third session on 18 January. The session was chaired by Jovan Palalic, chairman of the Committee.

The Committee discussed amendments submitted to the Mediation Bill. The Minister of Justice, Zoran Stojkovic, took part in the discussion. A total of six amendments were considered; of these, the Government and the Committee endorsed two, thereby making them integral parts of the Bill.
The session discussed and in principle endorsed the Public Agencies Bill, which was presented by the Minister of State Administration and Local Self-government, Zoran Loncar. The Committee discussed twenty-three amendments submitted to the Bill; of these, the Committee and the representative of the submitter of the Bill endorsed three.
