24th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 29 July, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the six bills submitted by the Government and included into the agenda for the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.

The Committee found the Bill on Privatisation, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Bankruptcy, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Procedure of Registration with the Business Registers Agency, Bill on Public Information and Media, Bill on Electronic Media and Bill on Public Media Services, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
