26th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 22 March 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Rural Broadband Rollout Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, submitted by the Government, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Decision No 1/2019 of the ECAA Joint Committee of 31 July 2019 replacing Annex I to the ECAA Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the Republic of Iceland, the Republic of Montenegro, the Kingdom of Norway, Romania, the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (Pursuant to UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 10 June 1999) on the establishment of a European Common Aviation Area, submitted by the Government.

The Committee members found, by majority vote, both bills to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Vojislav Vujic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Milenko Jovanov, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Dubravka Kralj, Toma Fila and Arpad Fremond.
