The Committee members found the Bill amending the Law on Deposit Insurance, Bill amending the Law on the Deposit Insurance Agency, Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of German Development Bank KfW, Frankfurt-am-Main, to settle the debt of Electric Power Industry of Serbia Public Enterprise, Belgrade (Project “Modernization of the Ash Disposal System of Thermal Power Plant Nikola Tesla A”) and the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of German Development Bank KfW, Frankfurt-am-Main, to settle the debt of “Elektromreza Srbije” Joint Stock Company (Regional programme of energy efficiency in the transmission system), submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Mining and Energy.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nedjo Jovanovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Balint Pasztor and Miroljub Stankovic.
