30th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 2 April 2025, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued to maintain order at the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025.
The Committee adopted the Decision to fine MP Milos Parandilovic, permanently employed by the National Assembly, 10% of an MP’s base salary i.e. 12,443.58 RSD.
The Committee also considered the notification of the National Assembly Speaker on the reprimand issued to maintain order at the11th sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee held on 18 March 2025. The Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues adopted and the Decision to fine MP Bogdan Radovanovic, permanently employed by the National Assembly, 10% of an MP’s base salary i.e. 12,443.58 RSD.
As item three on the agenda, the Committee considered and gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by Marko Zivanovic, substitute member of the Republic Electoral Commission permanent composition, to assume another public post, that of councillor of the Belgrade City Assembly.
The Committee then considered and granted consent to the request submitted by MP Ahmedin Skrijelji to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and the right to compensation for living separately from his family.
As the last item on the agenda, the Committee considered and granted consent to the request submitted by MP Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic, to be allowed secondary employment at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Cacak, University of Kragujevac.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Bojan Torbica, Jelena Milosevic, Goran Milic, Uros Djokic, Igor Jaksic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Dane Stanojcic, Snezana Jovanovic, Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic, Snezana Paunovic and Stefan Kitanovic.
