30th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 12 December, the Committee deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill on Payment Deadlines in Commercial Transactions, Bill on Public Enterprises, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, Bill amending and modifying the Health Care Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Health Insurance Law.
The Committee deemed all the amendments compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
At the sitting, the Committee formulated the text of the response to the Constitutional Court regarding the assessment of constitutionality of the provisions of article 14, paragraphs 1, 4 and 7, and article 16, paragraph 1, of the Law on Financial Assistance for Families with Children.
The Committee members exchanged opinions on the cooperation with the Constitutional Court regarding the proceedings for the assessment of the constitutionality of laws and other general acts passed by the National Assembly.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
