31st Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 25 February 2026, the members of the European Integration Committee considered the Bill on the Establishment and Functioning of the Cohesion Policy Management System, in principle.

The Bill was presented by representative of the submitter Branko Budimir, Assistant Minister of European Integration, Head of the Sector for Planning, Programming, Monitoring and Reporting on EU Funds and Development Assistance.

Following a debate the Committee members accepted the Bill in principle.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Goran Milic, Dubravka Filipovski, Dejan Bulatovic, Dragan Jonic, Prof. Dr Slobodan Cvejic, Robert Kozma, Zivota Starcevic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Nikola Lazic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Milan Radin and Sanja Dzajic.
