32nd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 12 December, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission of 10 December 2012, on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.
The Committee ascertained that the vacated MPs’ terms of office had been filled by the Republic Electoral Commission allocating terms of office to candidates Vesna Rakonjac, from the LET’S GET SERBIA MOVING – TOMISLAV NIKOLIC Electoral List, and Srdjan Milivojevic, elected from the CHOICE FOR BETTER LIFE - BORIS TADIC Electoral List, and proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the terms of office of the newly-elected MPs.
The Committee also adopted the Decision on the seating arrangements of the MPs and other persons at the Grand Hall of the National Assembly House, which will come into effect starting from the next National Assembly sitting.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
