By majority vote, the Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Ministries to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Bojan Torbica, Srbislav Filipovic, Vesna Markovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Aleksandra Majkic, Petar Petrovic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Miroljub Stankovic, Gordana Comic, Balint Pasztor and Bajro Gegic.
