34th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 3 October, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill modifying the Law on Public Property and the Bill modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration.
The Committee members also found that out of the four amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, three complied with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while the amendment submitted to article 2 of the Bill was found not to comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
