35th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 1 April, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed and, by majority vote, adopted the Bill on Inspection Oversight, submitted by the Government, in principle.
The Committee went on to discuss and adopt the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government activity reports for April-June 2014, July-October 2014 and October-December 2014.
Minster of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Dr Kori Udovicki spoke of the Ministry’s activities in the periods covered by the reports. She presented the key goals of the public administration reform and the Action Plan for the implementation of the Public Administration Reform Strategy in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2015-2017.
In the discussion with the Ministry representatives, the Committee members outlined the problems of the inspection services at the local level.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
