35th session of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At its thirty-fifth session, held on 8 July, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed proposals of decisions on the appointment of presiding judges of courts and judges of courts of general competence and special courts.
At its thirty-fifth session, held on 8 July, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed proposals of decisions on the appointment of presiding judges of courts and judges of courts of general competence and special courts.
The Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court of Serbia, Vida Petrovic-Skero, and the Minister of Justice, Zoran Stojkovic, took part in the session as representatives of the High Judicial Council.
The Committee is to recommend to the Chairman of the National Assembly to include the proposals of decisions in the agenda of the session, in order for judges and presiding judges to be elected in accordance with law. The deputies are to vote separately on the appointment of candidates contested by the Committee on Justice and Administration.Committees related to this activity
