36th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 7 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill amending the Criminal Code, submitted by a group of 199 MPs.
Following a short debate the Committee found the Bill compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
