36th session of the Justice and Administration Committee
At its thirty-sixth session, held on 14 July, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed proposals of decisions on the appointment of public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors submitted by the High Judicial Council.

The Minister of Justice, Zoran Stojkovic, took part in the session.
The Committee is to advise the Chairman of the National Assembly to include the proposals of decisions in the agenda of the Assembly session, in order for public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors to be elected in accordance with law. The deputies are to vote separately on the election of candidates whose nomination was contested by the Justice and Administration Committee.
