37th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 22 January, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Ivica Toncev and decided to propose that the National Assembly should note the termination of the MP’s term of office.
The Committee discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.
The Committee ascertained that terms of office had been allocated to candidates Vladimir Gordic, Jovanka Petrovic and Dragan Andric, from the CHOICE FOR BETTER LIFE - BORIS TADIC Electoral List, and unanimously proposed that the National Assembly note the verification the newly-elected MPs’ terms of office.
The Committee unanimously adopted the document terminating the right of MP Gorica Gajic to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
