38th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 13 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills on the agenda for the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.


The Committee members found the Bill on Prevention of Doping in Sport, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on Cooperation in the Protection against Natural and other Disasters, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia on Mutual Recognition of Driving Licenses, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Romania on the opening of international border crossing Vracev Gaj (Republic of Serbia) and Socol (Romania) on the Serbia-Romania State Border and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Romania on the opening of international border crossing Golubac (Republic of Serbia) and Moldova Noua (Romania) on the Serbia-Romania State Border, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
