Of the 904 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Basis of the System of Education and Upbringing, the Committee found 903 to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee went on to deliberate on the amendments to the Bill on Higher Education, submitted by the Government. The Committee found all of the 326 amendments submitted to the Bill on Higher Education to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Gordana Comic, Vesna Markovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Srbislav Filipovic, Bojan Torbica, Bajro Gegic, Balint Pasztor, Jelena Kovacevic Zaric, Milena Corilic and Petar Petrovic, as well as the State Secretary at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development Ana Marija Vicek.
