41st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 28 January, the Committee considered the amendment to the Bill on Stimulation of Agriculture and Rural Development, Bill on Nationality and Registration of Vessels, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Air Protection, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Trade and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Trademarks.
The Committee unanimously deemed all the amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for the amendment submitted to article 185 of the Bill on Nationality and Registration of Vessels, submitted by MP Marijan Risticevic.
Committee member Srdjan Mikovic informed the Committee, on the behalf of the Working Group, about the current activities on the drafting of the text of the resolution proposal on the legislative policy in the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
