42nd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 2 October, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the bills on the agenda for the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017.
The Committee members went on to respond to the Constitutional Court regarding the procedure to establish the unconstitutionality of the provisions of Article 5 paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Law on Property Taxes and the initiative to assess the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 3, item, 3), Article 14 items 5) and 7) and Article 17, paragraph 2 of the Law on the Procedure of Registration with the Business Registers Agency.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vesna Markovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Zoran Krasic, Bojan Torbica, Elvira Kovacs, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandra Majkic and Milena Corilic. On the behalf of the submitter the sitting was attended by Jasmina Benmansur and Drazen Maravic, representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, and Milan Dobrijevic, Natalija Radoja and Milan Vojvodic, representatives of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications.
