44th session of the Justice and Administration Committee
At its forty-fourth session, held on 28 October, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed decisions on the appointment of judges, presiding judges, public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors, proposed by the High Judicial Council.
At its forty-fourth session, held on 28 October, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed decisions on the appointment of judges, presiding judges, public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors, proposed by the High Judicial Council.
The session was taken part in by the Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court of Serbia, Vida Petrovic-Skero, on behalf of the Supreme Court of Serbia, and the Republic Public Prosecutor, Slobodan Jankovic.
The Committee is to submit to the National Assembly the Proposal of the Decision on the Dismissal of a Judge due to Permanent Loss of Working Capacity.
The session also discussed and endorsed corrections to five amendments submitted to the Bill Amending the Act on Fines for Business Criminal Offences and Misdemeanours.
