49th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the 49th sitting, held on 3 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Financing Political Activities, submitted by a group of 128 MPs of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group.
The Committee found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Financing Political Activities, submitted by a group of 128 MPs of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
