50th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 5 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notary Service and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Real Estate Trade.


The MPs had submitted 10 amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Notary Service and the Committee ascertained that they all complied with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the five amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Real Estate Trade, as well as the one amendments submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
