At its fifty-fifth session, held on 2 December, the Legislative Committee discussed Bills from the field of environmental protection.
At its fifty-fifth session, held on 2 December, the Legislative Committee discussed Bills from the field of environmental protection.
The Committee declared in principle legally possible the Environmental Impact Assessment Bill, the Environmental Impact Strategic Assessment Bill, the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Bill and the Environmental Protection Bill.
One amendment submitted to the Environmental Impact Assessment Bill was declared legally possible. Seventy-three amendments had been submitted to the Environmental Protection Bill, of which the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Environmental Protection Committee had endorsed 14, thereby making them integral parts of the Bill. The Legislative Committee declared the remaining amendments submitted to the Environmental Protection Bill legally possible.
