57th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 8 December, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, submitted by the Government.


Out of the 184 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill, the Committee rejected three as incomplete – viz. the amendments adding article 4a after article 4, article 24a after article 24 and 83a after article 83. The remaining amendments the Committee found compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found 13 amendments submitted by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
