58th session of the Legislative Committee
The fifty-eighth session of the Legislative Committee, held on 9 December 2004, discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Organisation and Powers of State Bodies in Proceedings Against Perpetrators of War Crimes, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Local Self-Government Act, the Bill on the Allocation of Transfer Resources from the Budget of the Republic of Serbia and the Share of Municipalities, Cities and the City of Belgrade in the Salary Tax for 2005, and the Bill Amending the Act on the Privatisation Agency.
The fifty-eighth session of the Legislative Committee, held on 9 December 2004, discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Organisation and Powers of State Bodies in Proceedings Against Perpetrators of War Crimes, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Local Self-Government Act, the Bill on the Allocation of Transfer Resources from the Budget of the Republic of Serbia and the Share of Municipalities, Cities and the City of Belgrade in the Salary Tax for 2005, and the Bill Amending the Act on the Privatisation Agency. All the Bills had been submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee ruled that ten amendments submitted to the Bill on the Allocation of Transfer Resources from the Budget of the Republic of Serbia and the Share of Municipalities, Cities and the City of Belgrade in the Salary Tax for 2005 were not in accordance with the Constitution and other legislation, while the remaining amendments were endorsed as legally possible.
