59th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 26 March, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the bills on the agenda for the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018.

The Committee members found the Bill on National Qualifications Framework of the Republic of Serbia, Bill on Textbooks, Bill on School Inspection, Bill on Electronic Government and the Bill on National Spatial Data Infrastructure, all submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Gordana Comic, Vesna Markovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Elvira Kovacs, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic and Milena Corilic.
