At its fifth session, the Board of Inquiry took depositions from two people summoned to testify on circumstances they were aware of relating to the trade of electrical energy as well as financial- and banking-related offences linked to it.
The session was held on 12 March, and was chaired by Aleksandar Vucic, chairman of the Board.
Branislav Pomoriski, chairman of the Board of Directors of NIS, Serbia’s national oil corporation, and chairman of Novi Sad Executive Council, as well as Milan Kovacevic, president of the EPS (Serbia’s national power generation company) Trade Union, responded to the summons and gave their depositions.
Pomoriski and Kovacevic also answered questions posed by the chairman and members of the Board of Inquiry.
The Board of Inquiry continues work at 10 a.m. on Saturday 13 March.
